Refuses to connect SMB 2/3, which is Windows standard. No FTPS (just SFTP) Audio Playback could be better in quality (f.e. like Neutron) Files can not be directly opened in another app but have to be downloaded and opened up from local folder which is much more uncomfortable. Please improve!

there is no sound when streaming a full hd mkv video on chromecast... Please support AC3

The app is perfect! I have a HD Nas (harddrive with ethernet support) and a Apple tv. I use nplayer to access my harddrive via iphone / Ipad to watch my movies without any problems!

All it needs to be perfect is custom colors and a Brazilian Portuguese localization/translation.

Where is AirPlay support?

Its a awesome app, but I bought it not 2 months ago and they want more money to let me access the new features. Come on guys, this is not fair.

With this new update, Im having problems to permanent enable the cellular data option; the slider does not keep its position. As result, the playback is constantly interrupted by that annoying cellular charge message.

Been using nPlayer for about a year now to watch videos on a remote server & Twitch streams. Works perfectly for that. Were it doesnt work for me is Streaming video to the Apple TV, using AirPlay it simply streams the audio but not the video.

but I have na issue since the last major update. If Im watching a movie and try to rewind, nplayer very often continues the movie even more forward! Please fix this bug... Thanks for a great app and good work!

Two things to improve: - Picture in Picture function does not work anymore. Used to work great and now some recent update broke it. Checked my settings, so not my fault. - Make bug/error reporting easier (directly on the website) if you dont want to have terrible App Store reviews. No one is going to sign up at the forum to do so. System: iPad Pro, iOS 9.2

Really good App but no Apple TV Version. I will now go for Infuse.

H264 10-bit .mkv: S/W black screen and H/W ... well, jumps sparodically to S/W

The player is one of the best- maybe the best- no question about it, but when watching a movie theres permanently a bug while trying to rewind- it jumps anyway forward. This doesnt occur on every movie but on most movies I watch. No idea if its connected with the movie length or file size but again if I try to rewind a few seconds the movie jumps several seconds or a minute forward and the effect is like winding forward- although I slide left in order to rewind. PLEASE fix it and Ill give You 5* straight away.

After the most recent update this player is excellent. Very good at 1080p over the home network.

Ive tried so many of these players but all have disappointed in some way. Either they lack AC3 support, they lack SMB streaming, or they offer a clunky upload mechanism. nPlayer delivers in every way. Gesture fast forwarding and is superb. Volume boost is another bonus for those low recordings that are intelligible on iPad speakers. This is the one you want.

Plays everything! Good UI, gestures, and has SMB support! A lot of features for the price.

Just wasted my money on this app. It doesnt display anything on my dlink NAS. And all the app tech help is in Korean ....
