Got worse since I bought it

Two things to improve:

- Picture in Picture function does not work anymore. Used to work great and now some recent update broke it. Checked my settings, so not my fault.
- Make bug/error reporting easier (directly on the website) if you dont want to have terrible App Store reviews. No one is going to sign up at the forum to do so.

System: iPad Pro, iOS 9.2
