Ive tried so many of these players but all have disappointed in some way. Either they lack AC3 support, they lack SMB streaming, or they offer a clunky upload mechanism. nPlayer delivers in every way.

Gesture fast forwarding and is superb. Volume boost is another bonus for those low recordings that are intelligible on iPad speakers.

This is the one you want.
