I bought for watching videos on NAS several years ago on Android and IOS. However recently I found some videos, such as .flv and .mov type, which keep pausing or hard to be played no matter H/W or S/W. I was thinking the internet problem or drive’s aging instead of the App, so bought new router and planed to change new hard drive. However when I try Infuse and VLC, the videos’ playing is smooth, no any problem. So upset to waste money. I won’t try back until Infuse and VLC have problems. Bye.

I have been using this app for years, and the “Listening Drill” feature was the main reason I chose this app. It was essential for my foreign languages learning, but after the latest update, it has been removed without warning. This is a huge downgrade! I urge the developers to restore this feature immediately. If they do not plan to bring it back, I believe users deserve proper compensation for the loss of functionality. Very disappointed with this update!

App hasn’t been updated in over a year and will get worse as system updates release. Remote controls from headphones cause app to crash.

There are these two problems should be fixed: can edit or remove playlist once it is created; doesn’t meet google security standards, so can’t connect to google drive if google accounts 2 factor MFA enabled, and you have no option to turn on less secure apps access.

Can't edit or delete playlist once it is created. Other features works fine.

I can login my account but can’t watch my video

Look, this is a good app that I like a lot, but the inability to play music without keeping my phone unlocked is so irritating. I bought this to play FLAC and other lossless audio files through my DAC and wired headphone. Works great, as long as it’s unlocked at the app is open. Which is to say, it’s pretty useless if I just want to listen to music and ignore my phone. Similarly, totally worthless for audio playback in the car over Bluetooth. Unusable for the primary thing I want it for. Sad.

It's a good app overall but why TrueHD is no longer supported in newest version? Troubled me a lot.

아이폰 업데이트 후인지는 모르겠으나 브라우저에서 유투브보면서 어학시청 했는데 맨아래 노란색 재생버튼이 안 먹히네요~~ 앱삭제후 다시깔아보았으나 마찬가지로 작동이 안됩니다. ios 17.1.1 입니다 참고로 아이패드는 잘 작동됩니다. 빨리 오류 수정해주세요

I have problem with .ts format Some videos plays some not! . PLZ fix it, I purchased plus version! I do not expected to have this kind of issues. An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made. How to solve this error, there is no option!

Excellent feature rich player, I tested a dozen or so different apps, before settling on this one. Using it to connect to my pc server, good customizable interface, watch most video formats, locates srt subs, allows you to change font, font size, lots of gesture controls that can be modified to perform other tasks. Bought the premium version, good price and no reason not to

I have been using nPlayer for quite some time now, and while it has some positive aspects, there is one significant issue that has consistently marred my experience. Unfortunately, nPlayer's automatic decoder switching feature proves to be more of a hindrance than a helpful addition. The problem primarily arises when playing 4K/HEVC 10-bit videos. Instead of allowing me to manually select a preferred decoder and stick with it, nPlayer switches decoders automatically, leading to frequent disruptions and an overall unsatisfactory viewing experience. Regrettably, despite my best efforts, I have been unable to find a way to disable this automatic decoder switching within the app's settings. This lack of control over such a crucial aspect is a significant drawback for those seeking a seamless and uninterrupted video playback experience. On a positive note, nPlayer does offer a user-friendly interface and supports a wide range of video formats, including various high-resolution options. Additionally, the app's file management features are reasonably robust, making it easy to organize and access my media library. However, the automatic decoder switching issue overshadows these positive aspects, making it difficult to recommend nPlayer wholeheartedly. As someone who values consistent and high-quality video playback, I hope the developers address this problem in future updates and provide users with the ability to disable or manually choose a preferred decoder. In conclusion, while nPlayer has potential, the frustrating automatic decoder switching ruins the overall experience. I've been a long-time user of nPlayer and have generally enjoyed its features. However, I've come across a noticeable performance problem in the latest version. When attempting to play larger video files (around 70GB) through the SMB protocol, the playback experience is marred by frequent stutters and buffering. Curiously, the network speed during playback hovers at approximately 10MB/s, a fraction of the potential speed. What's more interesting is that when I opt to download the same video within the app, the download speed effortlessly reaches 79MB/s.

It is terrible, and no update these years

Add the brush function. When the playback is paused, you can calculate the math problems on the teaching video.

The sound quality of this app is even worse than default Apple Music app. Best I used is Flacbox but after last update they ruined this app and now I am looking for alternative and all these apps are just useless. Don’t waste your money and time for such incomplete and terrible apps. They are just mediocre quality apps.
